*A message from Northern Trains regarding the annual Winter Offer for Dales Railcard holders:
“Firstly, thank you for your continued support over the years of Northern and specifically the annual winter offer for Dales Rail Card and West Yorkshire Metro card holders.
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on train travel we are unable to provide the Dales Railcard & West Yorkshire Metro offer for winter 2020/21. Whilst we understand the impact of removing the offer this decision was not made lightly. Restrictions on travel; such as social distancing on board trains, regional lockdowns and reduced services on some routes means we are simply unable apply this offer at the moment.
We will be working hard to bring this back in 2021 along with other promotions as we look to recover rail travel in the North.”
