We look forward to welcoming you on one of our walks!

Alight at Hellifield to catch the 11.30 Rochdale service, Your walk leaders will meet you at Hellifield. The return train departs Clitheroe 16.38 change at Hellifield or Settle

We are off to the picturesque village of Clapham on the Bentham Line to visit two of Yorkshire’s famous caves!

17 May 2025 - Ribblehead to Clapham via Ingleborough
An energetic hike from one of the highest tops to one of the deepest holes in the Yorkshire Dales!
Route: Ribblehead-Park Fell-Simon Fell- Inglebourgh-Little Inglebourgh-Gaping Gill-Clapham -Clapham Station

18 May 2025 - Maiden Castle: Reeth to Gunnerside
Alight Ribblehead for bus to Reeth (return fare to Reeth). Stunning views of Swaledale and visiting the remains of an Iron Age fort.
Route: Reeth, Maiden Castle, Birks, Crackpot, Gunnerside
Distance: 7.5m/12.1km
BUS: This walk makes use of the Northern Dalesman Bus to Reeth. Bus return from Gunnerside. The bus fare is payable.

A circular walk from Horton taking in Nappa Scars, a fine example of Sub-Carboniferous unconformity!
